Blain Wease | Event Host | blain@provincialdevelopment.com

 Blain Wease is the Founder & President of the Provincial Development Group, LLC., a Nashville based professional services firm that serves small to mid-sized companies to help drive stronger revenue performance and enhance their overall performance effectiveness. He is a frequent speaker at conferences across North America. Blain founded and hosts the Nashville Leadership Luncheon, the region's premier leadership event. He served as the past board president of the Scott Hamilton CARES Foundation. 

Julie Ramirez | Guest Administrator | julie@provincialdevelopment.com

Julie is Blain Wease’s executive assistant.  She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in interior design. After 10 years in the design field, Julie chose to shift gears and work as an administrative assistant in the office of the school her children attended. She is now pleased to be in the executive assistant role with Provincial Development. Julie is a Florida native currently living in the Tampa area. She is passionate about childhood cancer awareness, and enjoys reading, movies, and yoga. She still does freelance interior design projects from time to time.

Dave Jaworski | Director of Technology

Dave has over 25 years of sales, technology, and executive management experience. He started with a degree in Computer Science and has spent half of his adult life on the Technology side of business, and the other half in Sales and Marketing. He was the third employee at Microsoft Canada, (there were only 7 of them when they opened the doors). He served as Microsoft’s National Sales Manager before being promoted to General Manager of Western U.S. Sales where he led the team managing 80% of Microsoft’s U.S. business. He was then promoted to run U.S. Sales Operations and Microsoft University. Dave has been CEO of his own entrepreneurial businesses and has worked with startups to multi-billion dollar corporations. Dave is the first recipient of the Bill Gates Chairman’s Award of Excellence.

David Miller | Creative Director

David Miller currently holds the position of Art Director and Lead Designer with AlphaGraphics of Franklin. David manages the design and print production efforts for a large portfolio of accounts which span from small entrepreneurial operations to large, multi-state businesses. With an extensive background in brand identity, typography and design, David routinely takes vague ideas and translates them into attention-grabbing, action-spurring finished products that fit the unique needs of the clients with whom he partners. A self-confessed comic book and techno geek, David draws inspiration from a myriad of traditional and off-beat sources. David lives in Nashville with his wife Holly and their dog, Benji.

Tim Romero | Creative Director

Neon World Media is pioneering a new culture of storytelling and creative media.  With a background in network television production, Tim uses his 20 years of experience to help best communicate the vision of the project. Neon World Media focuses on creative visionary elements to bring stories to life.

Kathryn Costello | Photographer

Kathryn Costello has been a professional photographer for 18 years and specializes in the areas of headshots & branding, contemporary portraits, and creative dance. She uses her extensive knowledge of lighting to achieve the most flattering look, but it is the way in which she engages with people on a deeply personal level, puts them at ease in front of the camera, and draws out natural expressions that define her work. She works in her studio in Shirley, MA, on location in the Worcester and Boston areas, and will travel nationwide.
